About the company

SKY IMU was established in 2012 with the understanding that the world of refrigeration, and supermarket chains in particular, need practical solutions when it comes to saving energy and managing the vast amount of information they accumulate.

The company's founders are Marcos Scheiner ,director of refrigeration systems, with 40 years of experience working with the largest and leading companies in the field.
and Yiftach Kunik , a software engineer who manages the company's software and cloud technology field and has more than 20 years of experience in software development, databases and software infrastructure management.

Together with the advancement of cloud technologies, IoT and Big Data, the company has developed a cloud-based system that connects remotely to a variety of cooling units, in an easy and efficient way.

Many years of knowledge and experience both in the field of cooling and air conditioning as well as in software and information technologies, have made the Sky IMU system the perfect solution for retail chains.
Which, in a simple way and without unnecessary costs, brings information technology and the cloud to the forefront of these networks.

Sky makes it easier for supermarket networks to cope with the adoption of technologies on the path to energy savings and more efficient information management.

The refrigeration control center developed by the company has been operating since 2014 and monitors about 600 branches of food chains, Super Markets, ice cream parlors and cafes.  At the moment, the system samples about 20,000 refrigerators every ten minutes, and allows the network managers and those responsible to enjoy reliable information and security that someone is backing them up.
